We honestly couldn’t recommend Enville Oak highly enough! From the very first conversation right through to the finished gazebo, Lee, Ben and the team have been absolutely fantastic. From the beginning, they took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and were so helpful with all the little decisions along the way. Communication has been brilliant throughout the whole process — we were kept updated at every stage, knew exactly what was happening and never felt like we were left wondering what was going on. They were always happy to answer our questions and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The craftsmanship is genuinely outstanding. The quality of the oak, the attention to detail and the overall finish are absolutely beautiful. You can really see the care, skill and pride that has gone into building it. Every detail has been finished to such a high standard and the gazebo has completely transformed our garden. The whole experience has been so positive, from the initial discussions and planning right through to seeing it all come together. It’s one thing to have an idea in your head of what you want, but Lee and Ben have brought it to life even better than we imagined. A massive thank you to all of the team for all your hard work, professionalism and for creating something that we’re going to enjoy for many years to come. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with the finished result, it really does have that ‘wow’ factor and we have already had so many compliments on it! If you’re considering an oak frame or gazebo, we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Enville Oak. Exceptional craftsmanship, fantastic communication and genuinely lovely people to deal with.Posted on Google
mark mackenzie29 July 2026From my very first meeting with Ben and Lee, I was impressed by their knowledge, enthusiasm and willingness to discuss ideas in detail, even down to colouration and finishes. Nothing ever felt rushed, and throughout the process they were happy to offer advice, suggest alternatives and explain the practicalities of bringing the pergola project to life. Their passion for quality craftsmanship was evident from the outset. The standard of workmanship has exceeded my expectations. The oak pergola is beautifully constructed, with substantial timbers, excellent attention to detail and a finish that immediately gives the impression of quality. It has completely transformed the space and has become a genuine focal point of the garden. Friends and family have all commented on both its appearance and the obvious quality of the construction. What impressed me most was the professionalism of the entire experience. From the initial discussions through to installation, communication was excellent and the team clearly took pride in every stage of the project. It is refreshing to work with a company that combines traditional craftsmanship with such a friendly and approachable attitude. I would have no hesitation in recommending Enville Oak to anyone looking for a high-quality timber structure. If you're looking for a company that genuinely cares about the finished product and takes pride in producing something built to last, then Ben, Lee and the team are an excellent choice.Posted on Google

From our first dealings with Lee in the office through to Ben and his installation team, the whole process was seamless. The team worked like a well-oiled machine. Everyone knew exactly what their job was, communication was excellent, and the professionalism shown throughout was outstanding. The quality of both the craftsmanship and the finished product is exceptional. It's clear that Enville Oak takes great pride in their work, and the attention to detail really shows. Fi Dann10 June 2026Oak frame Conservatory/ Entryway was made for my extension. Ben came out twice to advise and design the frame. It looks great, the installers were lovely guys to have around and they tided up after themselves well too. They even though to provide a temporary access solution for my cats to reach the cat flap. After care for the structure has also been advised on. The curved beams are a great design touch.Posted on Google
Joe Turner21 May 2026We recently had an open oak porch fitted by Enville Oak and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. Ben and Lee came out to measure up and were brilliant from the very first visit. They were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do. Throughout the ordering and manufacturing process they kept us updated at every step, so we always knew exactly where things were up to. Nothing was ever too much trouble, any questions we had were answered quickly, and they made the entire process completely stress free. The quality of the oak and the craftsmanship is exceptional. The porch has completely transformed the front of our home and we’ve had so many compliments already. What also stood out was their aftercare. Even once the porch was fitted, they made it clear they’re still here for us if we need any advice, guidance or help going forward. That level of ongoing support is supurb. If you’re thinking about having any oak work done, we would 100% recommend Enville Oak. Fantastic people, fantastic product, and fantastic service from start to finish. I have not added a photo due to the amount of works going on at our property, scaffolding, no roof ect ect. I will update with a photo once works are done 🙂Posted on Google

Mark Jackson28 April 2026After a lot of research, we selected Enville Oak for the supply and construction of a new, oak-framed double garage. The project was far from straightforward due to numerous constraints regarding the site. From day one, Ben, Lee and the team involved us in the design process and due to their vast experience, we agreed on a design that suited our requirements to a tee. We were kept up to date throughout the manufacturing process which included visits to their manufacturing base, visits to our property and even visits to see previous customers builds. The final project was completed to schedule, to price quoted and to a fabulously high standard. We are SO pleased with the finished garage. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Team at Enville. Great Company, Great Products, Great Workmanship and Great Team!Posted on Google

Ian16 August 2024We contacted Enville Oak after a having a bad experience with a builder that we’d already paid to do the job. We were emotionally drained by what we had been through but Enville Oak were extremely empathetic to our needs. They were brilliant from start to finish. They gave us a quote as requested and kept us updated every step of the way. They provided images of what our porch would like which was really good for us to see what it would be like once finished. The finished product is more than we expected, we get compliments constantly from neighbours, often stating they have porch envy! We are over the moon and throughout the process, we built up a good relationship with Enville Oak and I would have no hesitations in getting them to do future work. The team are brilliant, and we can’t thank them enough for creating an amazing porch. Thank you team Enville Oak!Posted on Google

Kally Chatha1 September 2023We met Big and little Ben at the NEC, 2019, first impressions….had that feeling of trust and honesty, what this was not sure, but we walked away knowing this was the company that was going to build our forever home. We started the journey with them and it was a journey but Enville Oak held our hands all the way from that first meeting to the very end and still today. Any questions and concerns we had we had the answers within hours to put our minds at rest. Lee (manger) was my daily councillor. From 7.30am even when he was still at home some days that phone he would answer lol (sorry Lee)no job was too big or small for him thank you Lee. If you are looking at doing any project this is definitely the people the company and the extended family they call their team, are the ones. Enville without you all, we would not have our forever home. We walk around our home and still can’t believe how lucky we got finding you all. Thank you and thank you again from myself and Martin for holding our hands through it all. Also what price they quoted us it did not go over a pound through the whole build. Also we knew the oak and materials had gone up in price because of Covid but you still honoured the price. This took 7 months start to finish 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Enville Oak thank you 🥰Posted on Google

Jean Butters24 January 2022Enville Oak has superseded our expectations in every aspect. From the initial quote, the design, time frame, craftsmanship & fitting. Robert Nicholls23 November 2021As an estate agent, I get to see a range of oak-framed structures and to hear about many customers' experiences. Enville Oak came highly recommended and seemed an obvious choice for the build of our 2-car, barn-style car port and adjacent storage facility. Having just signed off the finished product, I am certainly not disappointed. The service throughout has been top notch. The initial quote was comprehensive and, happily, did not involve any tiresome sales tactics; the skilled craftsmen were a joy to have on site; and I was kept exceptionally well informed throughout. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Enville Oak. Robert Nicholls (Eden Midcalf Estate Agents).Posted on Google

paul holden1 October 2019Approached Enville Oak at the home building and renovation show in Birmingham, liked what I saw and the people, very friendly and accommodating. This resulted in a visit to the yard and was even more impressed. They provided sketch drawings of our porch and ground works plans. When it was delivered for me to assemble they had put carpenters marks on all the joints and when it was assembled I / we were delighted with it. I will use them again for another couple of projects and have no hesitation in highly recommending Enville Oak to anyone especially with their service and customer care. Paul Holden.Posted on Google
Maurice Quinn25 September 2019We approached a few companies before ordering from Enville. We quickly gained the impression of an honest, down to earth approach and felt that our money would be paying for the end product rather than financing expensive advertising & marketing campaigns. The guys here are genuinely interested in their craftsmanship and a belief in customer satisfaction. They have just erected a porch with which we are delighted and will shortly be building a barn-style open garage. Between ordering and commencement of work, Lee (the office manager) has kept us in constant touch with progress on all matters including contact with the planning office, liaison with our groundwork contractor etc. I have no doubt that our garage build with go smoothly and therefore have every confidence that it will be deserving of the five star I have awarded following completion of the porch. Well done, Ben, Ben, Lee and the team! Maurice & Irene QuinnPosted on Google
Pat Clark7 August 2019Enville Oak quoted on a range of oak frames installed on a bungalow we are presently renovating. From the point of quotation they instilled confidence in me that they would provide an excellent service and product at a very competitive price, and they have not disappointed. They supplied and fitted ahead of schedule, the fitting crew were very helpful and the product is excellent. Ben oversaw the project from the start and made sure that he was around at key stages of the installation. The team worked alongside builders and window manufacturers without an issue. If needed, Ben would come to site without delay to smooth over any concerns. Customer service clearly forms a high priority throughout the Company. I have recommended the Company to others, and I will be using them again during the next phase of development to build a car port.Load more
