Our porches and canopies can be fitted by our on site fitting team or alternatively, we can supply as a pack, pre-made to your size and specifications to be fitted by your desired tradesmen.

All of our products are manufactured using traditional oak framing methods and are hand-crafted by our specialist oak framing team.

    Open Porch

    An oak canopy is the simplest porch structure and consists of an overhead canopy that adds character and dimension to a home.

    Lean To’s

    Oak Porches FAQs

    A porch will typically fall under permitted development, meaning you do not need planning permission to install it. For this to be the case, you must adhere to the limitations:
    ● The porch must be separated from the main property by the main property’s outer door
    ● Any glazing or electrical fittings must comply with relevant building regulations
    ● Must be a similar appearance to the exterior of the main property
    ● Not located within 2m of any highway boundary
    ● Maximum floor area of 3m²
    ● Maximum height of 3m²
