Views of rolling countryside fields and woodlands greet our client as they look out of their new bespoke orangery, hand crafted by Enville Oak.
With these surroundings, our client knew they had to maximise their views to the rural scenery which encompasses their property, however were restricted by the height of the building they could construct to do so.
A flat roof orangery provided the perfect solution – a low glass structure which would facilitate their view without the associated height obstructions.
Bespoke Oak Orangery
A room with a view...
Enville Oak was able to construct this oak orangery for our client following a design consultation and site measurement. This bespoke orangery provides our clients with additional living space whilst capitalising on the all-important views.
With immediate access to the outdoors, the orangery serves as an ingress and egress point from the house into the garden, so it was important that this build began with an energy efficient design to help regulate temperatures. The orangery is complete with a flat roof with a fibreglass finish.
Kiln dried oak soffit and fascia
Kiln dried oak was used to produce the soffit and fascia around the perimeter of this orangery, protecting the structure from the elements whilst completing the look with a beautiful oak finish.
Oak French doors
The large bespoke oak French door set at the front of the orangery extend fully open with parliament hinges, allowing our client to enjoy the fresh air and access the garden. A multipoint locking system was installed by our team for complete security.
Oak casement windows
The oak casement windows are designed with friction stays to hold the windows open. The full-length windows are further secured with a multipoint locking system for our client’s peace of mind.
Flat roof orangery with triple glazing
Enville Oak utilised triple glazing to ensure this orangery was energy efficient. The triple glazed glass retains heat through the colder period and has solar control to deflect heat during summer.
Aluminium roof lantern
The orangery is complete with an aluminium roof lantern, designed with blue tinted glass, allowing the sunlight to pour into the space.
